Formula 1 Select is a new type of Formula 1 protein shake mix that is made specifically for people that have certain dietary intolerances. This shake contains no gluten, no dairy and no soy - so it's ideal for the coeliac, those affected by lactose intolerance or soy intolerance.
The protein in this product is a mix of pea, quinoa and rice proteins. All ingredients are non-GMO. Each standard 30g serving (when mixed with skim milk or soy milk - depending on what is suitable for you) contains 21g of protein, 7g of fibre and over 20 vitamins and minerals. It is a complete meal, just like the original Formula 1 Shake Mix.
Have Formula 1 Select in the morning as a healthy breakfast, or use it as part of a healthy weight loss programme. None of the standard Herbalife weight loss programmes come with this type of shake mix, but you can tailor your own programme using Formula 1 Select as the foundation of the programme. Product Usage
Herbalife Formula 1 can be used to lose weight, gain weight or as a healthy supplement when weight change is not sought.
- Blend or stir 30g of Formula 1 with 320 ml of your favourite protein beverage, skim milk or soy milk. Add fresh or frozen fruit and ice as desired.
- To lose weight, replace two meals per day with a healthy Formula 1 shake. We also recommend you take a look at the Herbalife weight loss programmes.
- To gain weight, take three shakes per day in addition to your three meals. It is also recommended that you boost the protein content with Personalised Protein Powder.
- To maintain weight or just as a healthy breakfast, take one shake per day to replace one meal.
